I’m here in beautiful Lake Aititlan, Guatemala and am excited to share about our new platform - Open Institute.
OI makes it easier for projects to receive funding.

OI is a 501(c) non-profit platform that helps to facilitate community financing and coordinate humanitarian projects. Using our website, we have been able to process over $30,000 in funding for education, food and medical supplies.
Now, we began development on an open-sourced mobile app and new social platform.

[Reasons it is useful:]
- Easy access to fundraising w/ free donation button [no-fees]
- Project internal chat/communication [keep it all in one place]
- Separation between personal & project communication
- To-do Management [with alerts]
- Expense + income tracking
- Censorship-free

With the app, fundraising/donating will be more accessible to an ever wider audience. In order to make this happen, additional funding is needed to finish the app development, before it’s able to launch.
Within the next couples months, with your donations, we will launch the app!
If you want to volunteer or sponsor OI, please go to the Open Institute Fundraising page, notice the Donate button on your upper right, and contact us tab, if you want to get involved.
