Hello, I'been working on the Finances section that is the only one missing to adapt to the new Layout, I'm pretty close, I'll think by tomorrow I can deploy it to the live site.
If there is something important you wanna grab from one of the project chats, I can probably find a way to send those tou you. But if not Im so confident tomorrow we can update OI to the new version.
I am not able to go in to older records to view the details of the transaction. There is no edit button available.

I Fixed the sidebar inside other projects, like the emedia, there was a lot of problems like double included different bootstrap versions, all the _site.xconfs includes are a mess, I been cleaning a lot of the pages.
Also applied the ajax login sequence, and it is working ok now.
for the emedia projects, the homepage is still messy, I'll need work on it little bit more, looks like a some missing css's.

Is the status right after the invoice is created, so you can edit and review before send it. In the preview window the "Send Invoice" should send it

Chris, as an update on EM portal, I found that the Notifications issue we had the last week it was caused because the script logic searches for (tickets, Goals, Expenses and Posts) based in the emrecordstatus.recordmodificationdate:

I think we did this to try to avoid to maintain another Date field that tracks the modificatios on the Object?, but this turned into a problem since, some how the records got updated, ( I ran a curl-query on one of the tickets modified and confirmed emrecordstatus updated at that time Monday 4am our time) still not sure who is modifying this tables, content seems not modified, a restore or any elastic internal process can modify this?

Some ideas to improve the eMedia community area

I noticed one of my files didn't upload correctly. I tried to go back and delete the junk one, but noticed I can't delete the junk ones anymore. The actions menu in OI in the properties viewer is just blank now, also no options exist on the table viewer to delete files either. I think we should fix this so we don't get a bunch of junk files confusing us and floating around.

I just got off the phone with another user. They want to add their clients to OI but would also like to offer investors to apply to be corporate sponsors for projects. So they would buy OI Work points as shares in the project. The Work points could go up 10% a year and there could be a buy back offer if sales go up

Ok, the full path of this fail is: our Ansible job that propagates Certificates failed to connect m38 (it is timing out due heavy load I described in the other channel), Ansible has a setting to "continue on error" so it should continue with other servers if one fails, but it is not working properly, so SSL propagation failed on other servers, I moved m38 to the end of the line meanwhile we figure it out about the server stability.

Bug: Fix z-index on the list2 tasks type when typing in this UI
Bug: Need to filter bank accounts by project. And Also chose what bank the PayPal and credit card donations are going into on a project by project basis.
I found a bug at around 1pm EST, I tried to post text accompanied by a PNG file attachment into the activity tab but it didn't work. Instead an Error Message came up and it dumped my post. I tried again with a PDF and the same thing happened. I just ended up posted text into chat instead.
I think there may be a bug you might want to check into.

Found the root cause. Our mediadb docs are all "text/plain" content type.
I was about to change all them, but I think is better idea to support "text/plain" since some people may use them like that in their apps? We dont want to break them. So added text/plan as valid Json request.

Bug: Wording on expenses updates makes it seem like its a request to enter in expense into Oi, it's a bit confusing.
A possible solution to this would be to make it really clear in the notification that it's an update that someone made an entry, not asking for a request or looking like a task.

Probably is better to use Product Name only, since Product Description appears to be like duplicated in the invoice in EM Portal. Not sure why there were different since beginning. Making them match.

Remove CMYK editor in datamanager fields
I was thinking on disable the HTML editor in the Data Manager, to have at least a place to fix it, because rigth now the only way is to change the field render type back to text, edit the HTML, then put it back to render type.
problem is when copy & pasting, this WYSWYG tool always messup text.

Some comments about Invoices, creating tickets to review it.
There is an issue with invoices/products Description fields, since the HTML editor is enabled on them, the ${variables} not always work because some all the HTML this editor ads when someone copy&paste or do some formatting.
We need to re-evaluate to have this fields HTML enabled, or find a way to insert cleanly the variables.
Also I think saving some times fails when editing this boxes, still no sure how to reproduce it.

I fixed a bug in the payment area, transaction table was not saving the data, it got changed someday when working on donations, it affected payments. It is fixed deployed and tested now.

About Spam, is not going to spam in my gmail account (may be I marked the address as not spam in the past) All links in the email body are to openinstitute.org, the same domain as the email sending, so links should not be a problem. I'm reviewing the domain in some Spam detector tools to see if they have some recomendations.
The path of the logo seems incorrect in that Error.

Email sending is still going to spam. Might have to do with links in the HTML itself. We should include the HEX value for the logo, not a link to the image. Stripe works again, moved JS to a JS file, now it loads correctly after all DOM.
Regarding donation btn, Stripe is not loading correctly with all JS changes, it works locally, I though it was about the async-defer, but is not. I believe is because all stripe code it is inline and tries to loads before DOM ready. Moved around the scritpt to see if order helps but is not. Im going to move the inline script to eministitute.js
