Hey Cristobal, would there be a way for me, to force a "view" to all users when they first login? What I mean is, all of my users are already imported, but I'd like their next login to be with the Table View, and with a specific list of Columns. Also the Summary tab should have specific options i'd like them to be the same for all users at their next login. How could I achieve that?

Hi Cristobal, I just tested but get the same result. There seems to be something still stuck in my Publish Queue. I tried two different server locations again, and it is still processing in loop.

Hey Francis, I just tested a local Publishing Destination and found some issues with the orderitem of the Publishing, so this may help yours, we just fixed this issues, please update and test it with your custom Publishers to see if that helps.

Yeah I did try the Reset All, it did not solve the issue. It still looks like the arrow's color is linked to the wrong background. And for some reason the left pane's color still cannot be changed on light theme.
About the Theme, we just added a "Reset All" button on the Theme config page, this will reset all the defaults, (you will loose your custom header color and logo) but with this button we have more control on what is getting reseted, once you Reset All, please confirm if the header colors on the sidebar are corrected. This setting was added yesterday you may need to update your instance.
Hello Francis, about the Publishing, there are some logs when you try it?
I also tried 2 different publish destinations with the same results. It used to work perfectly, not sure when exactly it stopped working
I can confirm the Gallery Loading now works perfectly. And for the Publishing, the page is now accessible but the Publishing seems to not be working, I tried reindexing the Publishdestination table but any publish I make just keeps spinning and nothing happens. I'm not sure whats going on here.
Hey guys, I just found out what causes the arrows to still disappear in the left pane. Its color seems to be linked to the Header Background instead of the Navigation Background. Putting a lighter shade in the Header Background makes the arrow appear darker. That effect should be linked to the Navigation Background instead! also for some reason, The Navigation Background is still always wite in my Light Theme. I can only change its color in the Default Theme for some reason.

- I also fixed the Publishing Preferences.
- About the Theme, I think the way to fix it is reindex the Theme table and save again your own Theme, if this still an issue,we can jump into a call with our GUI expert Shakill to help us figure it out about your coloring issues.

I just created a custom landing page for my Emshare site. Would you be able to help me implement it? I tried but I failed, I'm not certain how I should do it. Hello Francis, we made a change on the Image Editor Save As function. We now show a text box to save your asset copy with a custom name. If the user selects the same we alert that it is about to overwrite the file. Every new save the user does, it creates an extra asset that is linked to the original one. That way we can keep some track about the editions.
As a reminder, this tool only deals with generated images, that mean all the changes you make in this Tool will be saved to our generated folder, image3000x3000 and the original will remain untouched.
Please play around with the tool when you have a chance and we will love to hear some feedback about your thoughts.
Hi Francis, I just saw that happen in one instance and the way to clear out that icon color is delete the custom.css (This time you don't need to reset the theme table) just delete the custom.css and witch back and forward your themes and will bring the right color.
For the Gallery, not sure if you reloaded your Java Script (ctrl + f5 in your broweser)
The feature you mentioned for the Theme swichter for users sounds very interesting to me, I'll bring it into our Dev-Team sessions to see what the team thinks about it, thank you.
I just updated to the latest version, i'm still having issues with the Gallery, I don't really see any difference. as for the Themes, I can not setup a color for the Navigation Background it did not work yesterday. The arrows in the buttons still stays white, but since I can not set a different background, I can work with that. The white buffer is fixed.
Is there a possibility for you to add a submenu for themes in the site top right menu list? So users could easily change theme to their preference?
Thanks Cristobal, I'm currently importing some assets / testing one of my scripts, when its done i'll update it again. Could you take a look at the attached image, I think the folder list looks a bit sloppy, could you check the spacings so the folders line up? I made a before after to show you what I mean. Its a small thing but I think it'll make it easier to navigate folders.

We all get notified on our phones with OI, entermedia is just an email, so we have to check that. This portal has our preference :)

Thanks Cristobal for these updates! Site looks more responsive indeed. I can confirm the Filenames are now showing, the Appmenu is working nicely. Guide is disabled which is perfect. Now I'm seeing these issues which are more urgent:
- Reindexation still giving me an error
- The Image editor "save as" button, is only giving the option to replace images. It would be best if it was creating a new copy, we do not want users to be able to replace originals, but creating copies would be a nice feature.
- I found an issue with the Gallery View not loading assets on higher resolution monitors. I could show you if you want.
And do you have any update as for removing the un-necessary Edit buttons on the metadata view of assets? Will that be in a future update?
Hello Francis, we have 2 more pending issues solved:
-Hide help menu: You will need to reindex and you will have a new set of permissions, including one for hidding (Actually the permision is to view) the help on the sidebar, and I also included one for the Search Categories, under the Category tree, I remember you mentioned could be a nice to have.
-The apps menu, we migrated the apps menu next to the logo of each Finder App, you should get it as soon as you deploy the update, this is based in the same "apps" table, so whatever you have in that table on each Catalog will be an option in this menu.
-Did you get a chance to test the Filenames not shown on the Table results, that should be fixed too.
Please let me know it you have any issue implementing this changes
As bonuns, we also worked last week improving loading speed on table results, including some Java Script components, not sure if in your test Catalogs will be noticable at all, but with big pages of table results the loading speed got improved significantly.

Hi Cristobal, would you be able to give me some sort or ETA for these 5 fix which are the most important for me at the moment:
- Fix the error of Server Reindexation
- Add an option to disable the Guide
- Fix the Filenames not working in table view
- Fix the App list on the top right which disappeared in after an update a couple weeks ago
- In the metadata view of an asset: Make it so only one Edit button is available for the whole page and reclaim empty spaces.
These are the changes I need the most to be able to proceed with user testing on my side.

Does an admin approve the publish requests? How can a user gather the files to publish? I can show you how we could gather images into a publish queue then publish from there.
Hi Christopher, at the moment we usually don't "Download" directly from the site. It might happen sometimes, I believe some users to need to download for specific reasons, but it is not the main way our site is used. We normally work with the Publish function. We have two Publish Destinations, one sends items to an Avid Server dans the other one sends to a VizOne server. These publish used to work properly but they seem to be broken now since one of the recent updates. As for the Download Queue, I don't think this would work for our needs. Right now, anyone can send directly to our production servers though a Publish. The Item approval is used only when new items come in. They have a "Pending" status when they are added, then some people in charge of reviewing items will confirm the media can be used for a TV Show and are not restricted. We do not use entities and we don't plan to use them. It is a great addition to finder but does not reflect our needs and would only complicate things.

Hi Francis, welcome to the development team! I wanted to discuss your workflow for downloading Original media. What we are trying to do is unify permissions based on entities/collections. Let me ask you a question: Does it work if we have a "Download Queue" Entity that people can add their assets into then we add an email notification and Approval button/status that admins can use?

Hi Cristobal, here's the list:
- Activate the cart and Add to cart
- Modify the fields of the Table view so they are Ajustable
- Add a button to quick access between our different Catalogs
- Add new Themes, if possible, a couple colored themes to differentiate catalogs.
- Add a Config button for the Summary / Filter list so we can add new filters
- Add Checkboxes in the table view, they were removed for some reason
- Make the summary / filter movable from right to left of the Table view so we can place it were we prefer
- In System\Preference, could you add a checklist for me to select the available languages for the site.
- When using the top search bar, pressing "Enter" should refresh the page. Right now we have to press "F5" to see the filtered list.
- Would be fun to be able to reduce the size of the search preview (or remove thumbnails) via a setting when using the top search bar
