The team felt that eMedia could be a potential partner, but some of the features that were missing and they were looking for were: An actual workflow engine: For example, a team member uploads an asset and moves it to his supervisor for approval. The supervisor can add a comment and return it to the employee, who then submits it again and the supervisor approves it. Based on the demo, the team didn't see an actual workflow engine; they felt it was just moving assets from one folder to another. Automatic Labeling for video assets: We saw an AI labeling mechanism, but the team is interested in videos too, as we understood that the tags needed to be done manually. Image labeling: It's true that you have an IA implemented for image labeling using Google Cloud AI (as I recall). We will face an issue when implementing this in Saudi Arabia as this feature is not yet available by google in Saudi Arabia. I will get back to you once I clarify it with my team. Hope you are well. Yes I ran into Clair and we have a lovely chat about what she was doing and what I did as well. I was really impressed. I looked at your site. I loved the opening images and the consolidation of the various files into one central place. Loved that it was images and colors and not only text representing that you were video etc etc. So great. From the opening screen I felt you were an organization and retrieval system of some sort. Is that who you are? Past the first page I started to get confused about who you were and what your main benefit would be to me. For instance I use Dropbox and it works fine, but you likely have something better so I wasnt sure what that better was. You do image editing, have an online image editor, Okay but what does that have to do with an overall organizational process. I was confused and a bit turned off - please remember you asked for this and I know you have done a ton of work on a great service, so you deserve my straight feedback, without the sense that I am right more broadly than for the way it made me feel. You also do AI Generating Closed Captioning, cool, have no idea what benefit that is to me. HOSTING and PRICING was clearer to me. DOCUMENTATION felt like a page that was still in progress, A bit of a mess. EXAMPLE SITES was a drop down over the existing page inconsistent with the other tabs use and was messy against the DOCUMENTATION PAGE, not the best positioning of Example sites if you feel they are important than sell it and give them a page. I was wanting to see the cool example sites but they disappointed me and they looked a lot like old microsoft filing systems from ten years ago, not at all intuitive beautiful flowing processes like your opening page. BIGGEST RECOMMENDATION DELIVER ON YOUR PROMISE SHOWN ON THE FRONT PAGE!! . The examples did just the opposite of what you wanted them to do for me. I immediately said I would not use this product. Again I may not be your target audience and I am also not an expert in file management, but like you I care deeply about design and file management.
