We're still neck deep in upgrade and support case land... I also have a finance meeting trying to happen at the same time, tomorrow. My last note from support was hopeful, but we're still not there yet.
All right, keep us posted and let us know when you are ready, we are working hard on some new features that may be useful for your workflow, we will show you next time.
The upgrades were copleted as of 9PM last night. I've asked my team to get the drivers installed for the SAN volumne mount, and I think we should have that sorted by next Tuesday. I don't have a lot ro go over at this point, but would like to re-home the domain to emedia1.metroeast.org. So I may begin work on that before next Thursday. We culd do some of that together today, but I'd prefer to push to next week. I'm sorry about the delays. My being a department of 1 person has been a bit too much, to be honest.
My team almost got the mount sorted by this morning, but I'm finding a few details remain. I'd like to re-home the domain for the instance we're working on. I mistakenly used the old subdomain, and would like to use the new one. I have the DNS entires added, so it should be possible to move now. I believe I know the places to touch to update that, and would also like to ensure the cert renewal is full automated. I think we used an alternate method to setup the initial cert, since the DNS wasn't resolving.
The emedia1 subdomain is working. I'm with my specialist now, we're discovering that Rocky 9.5 is not supported by the storage packages and we're rebuilding a Rocky 9 instance at 9.3 which is commpatible.
I'll be working with them to ensure we have a working container and work to migrating our emedia1 instance via snapshots and the CLI scripts.
We're closed through Jan 2. I'll report back on our status, and we can move forward with further dev and tests.
Sorry Cristobal, I disconnected early. There's not much for us to do until after the new Rocky build is completed later today or tomorrow, and I'm on holiday for a bit.
Thank you for being available. I've been stretched pretty thin, and haven't been able to coordinate the server business as effectively as I'd like.
